We stock a range of beautiful charms, if you would like to pre-order a specific initial please include this in your booking. All 9ct Gold initials will be need to be pre ordered. 

Please note: we do not currently offer gold filled letter charm only sterling silver and 9ct gold. 

The age restriction for permanent jewellery is 10+, children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult and we will require proof of age.

Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment to ensure you have plenty of time to pick your jewellery. If you arrive late for your appointment we may not have time to rearrange and this will result in a loss of deposit.

A £10 deposit is taken at the time of booking, but will be deducted from your balance on the day. 

Appointments are approximately 20 minutes long.
