Draw Details

• Draw Date: Tuesday 4 November 2025

• Winner Selection: All valid entries will be assigned a ticket number and drawn at random using a verified random selection process.

• Winner Notification: Winners will be contacted via email within 5 days of the draw.

• Prize Collection: Unless digital, physical prizes must be collected from the Charlotte Mari shop in Porthcawl.

• Eligibility: Open to UK residents aged 18 or over. You do not need to live in South Wales to enter.

Terms & Conditions

• Ticket Price: £5 per ticket = 1 entry. Multiple entries permitted.

• Refund Policy: Tickets are non-refundable except in the event the raffle is cancelled.

• Licensing: This raffle is run as a charity lottery in aid of Butterfly Thyroid Cancer Trust (Registered Charity No. 1108932) and is registered with the Charity Commission in England and Wales.

• Data Collection: Your name and email address are required to record your entry and contact winners. This information will not be used for marketing without consent.

• Fair Draw: All winners will be drawn randomly under supervision to ensure a fair and transparent process.

• Unclaimed Prizes: Any prizes not claimed within 30 days may be redrawn or donated back to the charity.

• Cancellation: If the raffle is cancelled for any reason, a full refund will be issued to all participants.
